The Football Camp for the Stars is for young men with Down Syndrome who love football. With instruction from the Valley Christian football coaching staff, NFL football players and coaches, along with college players and coaches, athletes learn the fundamentals that put them in the middle of the action, resulting in an authentic football experience.
Mike Machado, Founder of Football Camp for the Stars and Valley Christian High School's football coach received the President's Award from the National Down Syndrome Congress for establishing the Football Camp for the Stars. Mike and his wife, Soseek are the owners of Chicago Steak and Fish.
